It was made in July 2004 in China. There are surface scratches all over the body and pickguard. The headstock has a ding on the edge near the G string tuner. There is a hairline crack on the fretboard between the 17th and 19th frets. The bridge has been replaced with a TonePros Tune-O-Matic bridge.
