USED 1967 Fender Bassman 50W amp head.

This amplifier was produced between 1964 and 1967. Though it was designed as a bass amp, it found a home with guitarists ranging from Buddy Guy to Brian Setzer. It's simple control layout can dial in a ton of great tones. The extra response gained from the deep and bright switches make this an incredibly versatile amp. Combine this with the relatively low volume it takes to achieve glorious tube overdrive and it's no wonder this is one of the most iconic amps ever produced.

This amplifier is in excellent used condition. It has had the same owner since 1968 and was recently professionally serviced having all the capacitors replaced with orange drops. A grounded power cord has also been added. All inputs, outputs, pots, and switches function as they should on the amp. The hardware has developed a patina with age, but is all structurally sound. There is a small dent on the front panel of the chassis, but the tolex is intact. There are small scuffs and scratches on the tolex, but it looks remarkably clean considering its age. Original mounting brackets are attached to bottom of the amp.
