USED 1970 Martin D-35 Acoustic Guitar w/HSC

Very good used condition. There are a few pick scratches and cosmetic dings on the body, but it is quite clean considering the age of the instrument. The pickguard has shrunk slightly, which is common for an instrument of its age. There is a crack on the top of the guitar near the pickguard that has been professionally sealed (see photo 18). The back of the neck has a couple of small scratches that penetrate the finish near the 7th fret (see 15). There are a couple of small dings on the headstock (see photos 9-12). The binding on the bass side of the neck has a hairline crack near the 15th fret. No bridge lifting and neck is straight. Original Grover tuners work as they should. Instrument was professionally re-fretted. 

Included original hardshell case has some structural damage on the bottom of the case causing the bottom edge to overhang the lid of the case (see photo 25). The damage does not prevent the bottom latch from closing. Otherwise case is in very good vintage condition with some marks and minor tears in the tolex.
